The HGD-113 and HGD-133 of the HG series offer a drying cycle using heat and a vacuum. They are self-contained, and do not need any plumbing for installation, Both models are suitable for liquids and solids without or with drying by heat and a vacuum pump. For solid loads such as racked pipette tips, the vacuum pump is also used in a pre-vacuum stage during which air is evacuated from the chamber at the start of a cycle, thereby providing a most efficient and faster sterilization compared to other autoclaves without a pump. The models also incorporate a steam generator. Features include:

For safe, convenient, dry heat sterilization of small instruments

Instrument well is filled with glass beads, maintained at 250°C. To sterilize instrument working surface, simply plunge it into the beads for 10 seconds. Sterilizer 11156-002 is ideal for small instruments and confined work areas. Sterilizer 11156-000 accepts longer instruments. For convenience, the sterilizer may remain on all day.

Glass bead refill (11156-004) weighs 284g (10oz.), filling the small sterilizer twice and the larger sterilizer once.Destroys all microorganisms, including spores, in seconds. No gases or fumes, no open flames, no harsh concentrated liquids.
